Today I sat down with someone many would call a “competitor” but honestly, after the conversation, it felt more like meeting another builder trying to elevate the entire ecosystem. What stood out most was the mindset. In our region, collaboration is becoming more powerful than competition. The GCC market is evolving fast, and if local founders continue empowering each other instead of operating with closed doors, we won’t just compete regionally anymore… we’ll compete internationally. We exchanged ideas, challenges, opportunities, and most importantly ways to enhance the industry together.
