Active Solution is now fully integrated into Evidi AB. The people, expertise, culture and customer relationships built within Active Solution remain an important part of Evidi’s business in Sweden and across the Nordics.
By bringing together Active Solution’s specialist expertise in AI, cloud, security and custom software development with Evidi’s capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem, we can give customers access to more specialists, greater delivery capacity and broader support – from strategy and implementation to continuous development and secure operations.
The legal merger was completed on September 1, 2026, bringing Evidi’s entire Swedish business together in one company under the name Evidi AB.
