    In Canada we certainly have to destroy our personal notes, although I think a digest/summary of the unattributed comments is kept for the records. Commented Feb 4, 2022 at 18:36

    @ZeroTheHero: Sure, in Sweden also, there are two different principles involved; GDPR, for protecting the individuals privacy, but also a principle that all information which underlies government decisions must be made public.
