Cancel your LinkedIn Premium Company Page free trial

Who can use this feature?

Only the admin who signed up for the free trial for the Premium Company Page can cancel the provided credit card details.

As an admin of a free LinkedIn Company Page of a small to mid-sized organization, you may be eligible to sign up for a one-month free trial of a LinkedIn Premium Company Page subscription. With this one-month free trial, you can explore a host of Premium features on your Company Page and then decide if you would like to purchase a Premium Company Page subscription.

Towards the end of your free trial, you must determine if you want to purchase a Premium Company Page subscription. If you decide that you don't need a Premium Company Page subscription, then you must cancel your credit card details that you provided while signing up for the free trial.

Important to know

We recommend that you cancel your credit card details a minimum of 24 hours prior to the actual expiry of your free trial. If you do not cancel your card details, when your free trial expires, it is automatically converted to a paid plan.

To cancel your Premium Company Page free trial:

  1. Go to your Page super admin view.

  2. Click Premium features in the left menu.

  3. Click the Subscription details dropdown near the upper-right corner of the page.

  4. Click Manage subscription.

  5. Click Cancel free trial.

  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete cancellation.

Towards the end of your free trial, if you decided that you don't need a Premium Company Page subscription, but forgot to cancel your credit card details, and have now been automatically charged for a subscription, you can cancel the subscription and request for a refund. You must request a refund within seven days of the billing date. To request a refund for your Premium Company Page subscription, contact our support team.
