    @clairestreb The StringBuilder is adding a class to the div named breadcrumb which is used by Bootstrap css framework. So all I had to do was to modify my css with the following... .breadcrumb > li + li:before { font-family: 'FontAwesome'; content: "\f105"; } which changed the divider from / to > Commented Sep 1, 2016 at 7:13
