February will be a busy month with the arrival of the Galaxy S26 series, but it is not here yet. And the outgoing S25 models aren’t at “final sale” prices yet. However, Samsung is offering an interesting way to move up a generation if you have a 2024 model.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE was a mild refresh of the S24 FE. You can check out our versus article for a detailed comparison between these two. Also, here’s how the S25 FE compares with the S25+.
Here is Samsung.com’s offer for S24 FE owners – you can trade it in and get a $400 credit when purchasing a Galaxy S25 FE. The S24+ is also valued at $400. With that discount, a new 128GB S25 FE drops down to just $250, while a 256GB unit will be $310. This is a pretty cheap way to move one generation forward.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is on its way out (the FE was a later addition to the S25 series). Samsung.com sells it with a $250 straight discount, but if you go the trade-in route, you can get $700 for your old S24 Ultra – with that, a 256GB 2025 Ultra drops to $600.
Similarly, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 has a straight discount of $200, but you can get a $600 credit for a Galaxy Z Flip6 or an S25+. So, you can get rid of your 2024 Z Flip and get one from last year for $500.
Unfortunately, we didn’t find a similar offer for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 – the best offer right now is a straight $400 discount.
By the way, you can accessorize your new Galaxy phone with a Galaxy Watch Ultra, the 2025 refresh. It’s mostly the same as the 2024 model, except you get double the storage (64GB) and there is a new band.
We’ve already seen the OnePlus 15R available with a $100 gift card. That works out well if you have $100 worth of extra shopping to do on Amazon. Now the retailer has changed things up a bit and offers $100 digital credit if you use the code ONEPLUS15R.
Finally, Apple released the second-generation AirTag earlier this week. It features a second-gen UWB chip (the one found in the iPhone 17 series), which enables Precision Finding (it extends tracking distance by 50%). Besides phones, Precision Finding works on Apple Watch Series 9 or later and Watch Ultra 2 or later. Also, the upgraded speaker is 50% louder.
